Kae Eidson, Executive Director of GB Parks and Rec, said “The In It To Win It event was again a great success. We had 12 teams registered and as always everyone competed with great spirit and we believe everyone had a really good time! All proceeds benefit youth programming in our community as part of the Grand Blanc Parks & Recreation Commission.”
Spud 3 team member, Cliff Knasinski had a great time, stating, "The best game was the Fruit Ninja where we threw playing cards to try and stick one into a watermelon. About 10 seconds in, I tossed a card that stuck straight in. I couldn't help but let out a victory whoop!"
Other games included bouncing pencils into 6 glass cups, stacking 6 dice on a popsicle stick while holding it in your mouth, and wrapping your partner in toilet paper using only a roll on a dowel. Our family and friends got a kick out of watching the teams accomplish these tasks.
As a sponsor of the Entertainment/Beer tent, Spud was able to support our local community youth programs and have fun at the same time!
