Well Inspection Information

Over the last 17 years WTS has been the undisputed leader of well evaluations through out the entire Mid-Michigan area. Our evaluations are recognized by ever lender from Port Huron to Grand Rapids, from Brighton to Clare.

Our well inspection covers 4 basic areas

1. Construction: We want you to know all about the way the well is constructed. We'll inform you of the type of well casing. We'll let you know if the well meets current code. Pump type and pump location are also evaluated. Proper maintenance and safety items are also listed.

2. Capacity: Every well is evaluated for proper line pressure and gallons per minute flow rate. We use factory calibrated equipment to make each determination.

3. Location: It's important to know to where each component of  the well is located. The pump may be located in a well house, a well pit, a basement, a crawl space or in the casing.

4. Water Quality: Water quality is tested at our MDEQ certified water lab for bacteria and  nitrates on a conventional loan. If you are purchasing with a government guaranteed loan nitrites and lead will be included.

All of this information is put into an easy to read easy to understand format that you, your client or lender will understand
