Point of Use (POU) Products

Point of Use devices treat drinking water at or near the tap, and may be the fastest, simplest means of providing arsenic free water for cooking and drinking.  A typical POU system installs under the sink and uses one or more cartridges to remove contaminants. We offer a range of POU solutions including cartridges and complete, easily installed systems.  Our POU products are based upon AD33 adsorbent technology and are engineered to provide maximum security and ease of mind.

 

Complete POU Systems

DWS-2S-2710C-1
A multifunctional integrated system design ideal for undercounter residential use. Features a two-stage treatment approach using selected 10-inch (standard size) cartridges for sediment reduction, taste/odor, chlorine reduction, and arsenic removal.

EHC-2S-2710S-1
Designed to address multiple health related contaminants,  this twin cartridge system features a 10-inch cartridge for taste/odor, volatile organic compounds, chlorine reduction, cyst reduction, and lead reduction.  The second cartridge in the unit handles arsenic and other heavy metals reduction.

MP-PB-AS
The first carbon block product to have an arsenic reduction claim, the MP-PB-AS has NSF 42 & NSF 53 certification, and reduces arsenic, asbestos, lead, chlorine, chloramine, cysts (Giardia, Crypto-sporidium, Entmoeba), MTBE, PCBs, Mercury, Toxaphene, turbidty, particulates and VOCs - all with a single cartridge!  The product is also available in stainless steel countertop and undercounter versions.

Medallion III
With higher flow rates and less wasted water than reverse osmosis, the Medallion III system reduces arsenic, lead, cysts, chlorine, taste & odor.  Tested in accordance with NSF 53 protocols, the Medallion III system is ideal for private well owners with high iron, manganese or sulfide levels.

AD2710S
The most cost-effective technology to date to meet the challenges of the new 10 micrograms per liter (µg/l) drinking water standard for arsenic established by EPA.

AD2710C
This product uniquely combines high efficiency arsenic reduction and taste/odor capabilities for a practical and cost-effective solution at the tap.

AD4510S
For higher arsenic POU challenges, Adedge’s AD-4510S cartridge is the answer. This 4.5x10-inch BB size cartridge is ideal for situations where arsenic exceeds 50 ug/L and longer life or greater throughput is desired. The cartridge fits into standard housings and is suitable for use in under-the-counter applications.
