The Customer Loyalty Program allows you to easily manage your customer’s monetary and Punch Card Promotional rewards using a simple Web-based application.
Participating dealerships distribute dealer personalized swipe cards to preferred owners. Every time a customer returns to the dealership and engages in a sales or service transaction, their card will be swiped and a cash reward or punch will be automatically credited to their account.
The Rules and Regulations for which a customer receives a cash reward can be customized according to each dealership’s personal preference. When using the Punch Card feature, the type and number of punches required to receive a free service is entirely customizable and may differ by dealership.
Once a reward(s) has been credited to a customer’s account, they can use their reward dollars or points toward future purchases or services only at the issuing dealership.
Comprehensive customer and vehicle history reports are included, and customers can access their rewards program status and other promotions online.
