Because the program is web-based, updates and program enhancements can be executed efficiently across entire dealer groups. The inspection content covers all key areas from bumper-to-bumper, but most importantly, each individual dealer or dealer group can easily set the sequence and content of the inspection process according to their preferences and business priorities. Each dealer’s current customer contact information is automatically uploaded from their DMS for easy start-up. Customer and vehicle service data and employee inspection process activity are captured electronically. Comprehensive and flexible report functionality is built into the program. On-line training on how to use the e-MPVI program is provided to dealers. Data extraction enables targeted, timely service reminder e-mails and direct mail services. A tablet PC agreement with Fujitsu enables dealers to transition to wireless PC technology at a discounted price. |
